JOB OPPORTUNITIES
The Marion Berries are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our front office. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is a self-starter, and is driven by meeting deadlines. We are looking for someone who is a team-player, works well with other employees, and can handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. If you have a competitive nature, and a willingness to learn new things, this could be the job for you!
TICKET SALES/FRONT OFFICE; Full-Time Employment​
Responsibilities:

Drive new season ticket accounts, including mini plan packages and group tickets

Nurture relationships with current accounts and broaden outreach to prospective clients

Implement creative outbound sales efforts via prospecting, networking and lead generation

Meet and exceed established weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals

Provide memorable customer experiences to all current and potential clients

Work all home games and scheduled events to service current accounts and sell new ticket prospects
Skills:
-
Applicants should possess at least minimal sports knowledge.

Applicants should possess professionalism with clients and fans

Sales or Customer Service Experience is preferred

Creative problem-solving skills desired

Google Suite skills essential

Good communication skills essential

Ability to follow directions and complete the task at hand
